1. Service
TOPCHI is an entertainment service in which users identify Uzbek music from short audio excerpts. By using TOPCHI, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the information submitted through your account and for activity performed through it. You must not misuse authentication, attempt to access another user’s account, disrupt the service, or automate gameplay in a way that harms other users or TOPCHI.
3. Free access and subscriptions
TOPCHI may offer a limited free tier and paid subscriptions. Prices and subscription periods are shown before payment. Payments are processed by the displayed payment provider. Paid access begins after successful payment confirmation and remains active for the stated period, subject to applicable law and provider rules.
4. Music and intellectual property
The TOPCHI interface, software, branding, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Music excerpts and related artwork remain the property of their respective rights holders and are used under the permissions applicable to TOPCHI’s catalogue. Users may not extract, redistribute, sell, or create a separate music library from service content.
5. YouTube API data
TOPCHI uses public statistics retrieved through YouTube Data API Services only to support internal catalogue analysis and independently calculated difficulty tiers. Use of YouTube API Services is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features, catalogue entries, free limits, and prices may change. TOPCHI may restrict access when necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or abuse prevention.
7. Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, TOPCHI is not liable for indirect losses, interruptions outside its reasonable control, or actions of third-party providers. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes to these terms
Updated terms will be posted at this URL with a revised date. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
